Laila Ahmadinejad is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and creative direction. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Levi Strauss & Co. since August 2022, Laila also founded Proper Rugs in 2009, where heirloom-quality rugs are crafted to narrate stories inspired by ephemeral moments. In addition, Laila operates as a Freelance Creative Director under Proper Design, offering design direction and strategic consulting across various disciplines.
