Tom Laughlin

Tom Laughlin is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the Commercial & Industrial Business Unit of Leviton. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Leviton since April 2023, Laughlin previously held key positions including Director of Product Management at Jetson and Hardware Product Manager at Peloton Interactive. Early in the career, Laughlin progressed through various roles at Leviton, including Project Engineer and Packaging Engineer, contributing to new product development, cross-functional team leadership, and packaging design. Additional experience includes work as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Multiline Technology, Inc. and Test Engineer at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies. Laughlin holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Innovation from Stony Brook University and a BS in Engineering Science from Loyola University Maryland.
