Levitt Bernstein
Peter Dew is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Levitt Bernstein since February 2020. Previous roles include Part 2 Architectural Assistant at Lisa Shell Architects Ltd and freelance support at Feilden Fowles LLP. Peter co-founded Pea Studio, contributing as lead designer, and also co-founded Before You're 30, a lecture series in Manchester. Early experience includes a position as Academic Secretary for the Manchester Student Society of Architecture and a foundational role at TH Dew & Sons LTD. Peter holds a Professional Diploma in Architecture from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Architecture from The University of Manchester, alongside earlier studies in art and design.

As architects, landscape architects and urban designers, we create award winning buildings, living landscapes and thriving urban spaces, using inventive design to solve real life challenges. Every one of our projects starts with the people we’re designing for. We work side-by-side with communities and clients, to find out what they want, what they know, and what they need. We really believe that good design can transform lives – helping people to live more comfortably, neighbourhoods to thrive and businesses to grow. It’s why we put people at the heart of everything we do. Our long tradition of research and advocacy also means that we encourage others to follow our lead in creating better spaces, in particular when it comes to the critical issues of design standards and sustainability. From our design studios in London and Manchester, we work on housing, education, health, arts and commercial projects of all shapes and sizes across the country.
