Sebastian Grodzicki

Sebastian Grodzicki is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and technology strategy. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Levity since June 2024, Sebastian previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Google from July 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading Google Cloud app and Carbon Footprint initiatives. At Elastic, from May 2019 to June 2021, Sebastian was a Senior Engineering Manager overseeing distributed UI teams. Prior roles include CTO at SHOWROOM, where Sebastian built a robust tech team, and CTO at GoldenLine Sp. z o.o., where management of a growing IT department and significant performance improvements were achieved. Early in the career, Sebastian freelanced as a Web Developer at nexis.pl, contributing to various web and eCommerce projects. Sebastian holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
