Yushiqua Williams

Yushiqua Williams is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics instruction and intervention. Currently serving as a Math Interventionist at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD since July 2022, Yushiqua has a long tenure at Lewisville ISD, dating back to August 2008, where roles included Mathematics Teacher and Strategic Design Coach. Notable achievements include mentoring student teachers, developing math tutorial programs for at-risk students, and enhancing collaborative practices among educators. Yushiqua also has experience as a 4th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Frisco ISD, where significant improvements in student performance were achieved. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Texas. Recognition includes the 2003 Homestead Elementary Teacher of the Year award.
