Katherine Gorry-Hines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology support and education. Currently serving as the Knowledge Base Manager and previously as a Customer Support Engineer at Lexia Learning since November 2015, Katherine has a robust background that includes co-owning Complex IT LLC, where services focused on computer repair, consulting, and training for both residential and small business clients. Katherine's earlier roles include teaching computer-related classes for adult learners at the Town of Lexington and providing technical support for Lexington Public Schools, where expertise in configuring and maintaining both Macintosh and PC systems was utilized. Additionally, Katherine began a career in the field as an Editorial Assistant at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the early 1990s. Katherine holds a B.A. in English and Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
