Adam Hursh

Adam Hursh, MPA, CFO, MIFireE, currently serves as a Grant Writer at Lexipol since October 2022. Adam holds the position of Lieutenant at Piperton Fire Department since April 2017 and has been the Deputy Chief at Gilt Edge Volunteer Fire Department, overseeing fire and EMS operations, since April 2008. Additionally, Adam served as a Highway Response Operator 2 for the State of Tennessee from April 2008 to April 2017, ensuring smooth interstate traffic and providing first responder services. Between June 2016 and February 2017, Adam was an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with Medicone Medical Response Ambulance Service. Adam's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Columbia Southern University (2018-2019), a Bachelor's in Fire Services Administration (2016-2017), an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting (2016-2017), and an Associate's degree in Advanced Emergency Services from Dyersburg State Community College (2012-2016), along with a high school diploma from Norwin Senior High School.
