Mandy Nice

Mandy Nice is a seasoned professional in officer safety and wellness, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Section at the International Association of Chiefs of Police since January 2021. Mandy has made significant contributions as a Subject Matter Expert with the IACP & COPS Office Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center and has presented numerous science-based wellness sessions at various law enforcement conferences. In addition to her work with the IACP, Mandy is also an instructor for the National Strength and Conditioning Association and operates The Nice Life, LLC, which provides effective wellness programs for corporate and governmental clients. Mandy's extensive education includes certifications from prestigious institutions and a diverse background in fitness and wellness training.
