Dr. Silvan Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success EMEA at LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions since July 2022, Dr. Berg previously held managerial and consulting roles at ritzhoefer & company from July 2019 to June 2022, and founded EQMania, focusing on patent analysis utilizing a unique mathematical model from January 2019 to January 2021. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. from the University of Bonn, where research centered on managing uncertainty in technology development, along with teaching roles. Additional involvement spans co-founding ExecutiveFormat, internships at PwC Deutschland and Commerzbank, and a supportive speaker role for workshops on strategic technology management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Brighton and a Master of Science from the University of Bonn, complemented by participation in Y Combinator's Startup School.
