Lorena Olivas

Lorena Olivas is an experienced Training and Content Project Specialist at Lexitas since June 2018, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating training programs for over 1,200 employees, utilizing Adult Learning Theory to align organizational goals with employee development. Previously, Lorena held the position of IT Training Project Specialist at Advanced Technology Services, leading training programs for a 2,000-employee manufacturing company and collaborating with various departments to create user-friendly training content for new IT platforms. Additional experience includes serving as a Training Assistant at Hartman Income REIT, where Lorena developed over 25 courses, and roles at Nike and PetSmart in leadership and management capacities. Lorena earned an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management and Project Management Certification from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston.
