Krista Mainous

Krista Mainous is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Lexmark since January 2012, Krista oversees North American recruiters and directs global recruitment efforts, utilizing HR analytics to enhance hiring practices and employee engagement strategies. Prior experience includes designing executive development programs and managing a global leadership succession initiative at Lexmark, as well as roles in sales training and management at SuperMedia LLC, where Krista led a top-performing sales team. Additional experience includes customer service supervision at Republic Bank and admissions counseling at Georgetown College. Krista holds a B.A. in Business Communications and English from Georgetown College.
