Rocco Privetera

Rocco Privetera is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Level 3 IT support and Azure administration. Currently serving as a Level 3 IT and Azure Admin at Lexpath Technologies, Rocco manages a variety of IT issues for clients, provides mentorship to junior techs, and leads teams in New York City. Rocco has held multiple positions in IT support roles across various companies, including Homefield IT, StratX, Ketchum, Schematic, Inc., and Edison Schools, where responsibilities ranged from managing Active Directory and hardware repair to system engineering and antivirus management. Additionally, Rocco is a freelance board game designer with several published works, allowing for creative expression and problem-solving opportunities. Rocco holds a BA in Jazz Performance and Composition from the University of the Arts.
