James Hunter currently serves as the BM/Retail Operations Manager at Lexus Southern Area, a position held since February 2019. In this role, James is responsible for Dispute Resolution and oversees the operations of three training centers located in Atlanta, Dallas, and Miami. Additionally, James manages a team that includes six Service Training Specialists and six Field Technical Specialists, ensuring effective training and customer service within the organization.
