Lamine Souttou is an experienced maintenance methods engineer currently working at LFB Biomanufacturing since July 2019, where responsibilities include maintaining and following maintenance protocols within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO), and coordinating preventive and curative maintenance of equipment. Prior to this role, Lamine served as a methods engineer at TREVES from June 2018 to April 2019, focusing on standardizing production processes and deploying technical procedures on SAP. Lamine also held a maintenance methods engineer position at the Groupe industriel des ciments d'Algérie, where periodic machine monitoring and maintenance optimization were key tasks. Earlier experience includes assisting with maintenance planning at the entreprise portuaire de Djen Djen. Lamine holds advanced degrees in industrial systems engineering and strategic management from Universite de Lorraine and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, respectively, as well as an engineering degree in industrial mechanics from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique de Constantine.
