Haosong Rao began their work experience as an Application Development Intern at Microsoft in July 2019. Haosong then served as a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center from September 2019 to May 2020, where they conducted various data analysis projects related to nursing homes and caregiver datasets. In 2021, Haosong worked as a Data Science Co-Op at Fidelity Investments for six months. Currently, they are employed as a Data Scientist at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. starting in August 2022.
Haosong Rao completed a Master's degree in Data Analytics Engineering from Northeastern University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the University of Rochester from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a minor in Japanese.
