Cheolwoo Kim is an experienced professional in the field of electrode process development, currently serving as the Electrode Process Team Leader at LG Energy Solution since January 2016. Prior to this role, Cheolwoo Kim held the same position at LG Chem, where responsibilities included advanced electrode process research, optimization of mixing and coating processes, and the establishment of a new electrode line. Cheolwoo Kim's prior experience includes work as a Senior Research Scientist at Johnson Controls, focusing on high power cell development for micro-hybrid applications and low-cost manufacturing initiatives, as well as a Senior Researcher at Samsung SDI, where efforts centered on the development of 18650 type Li-ion cells for high power and high density applications.
