Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav Gupta is an accomplished engineering professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the refrigeration sector. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development and Refrigerator Global R&D Part Leader at LG Electronics since February 2011, Gaurav Gupta leads efforts in designing innovative technologies and enhancing product competitiveness through cost reduction and design improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Engineer positions at Voith Hydro, where responsibilities included the design of HVAC systems for hydro power plants, and at Voltas Limited, where Gaurav Gupta focused on HVAC system design for various infrastructure projects. Gaurav Gupta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV, completed in June 2007.
