Caitlin Gora has worked at various companies in roles related to strategy and consulting. Caitlin started their career at Club Monaco as an Assistant Merchandiser, where they created business plans and marketing strategies and facilitated cross-functional team meetings. Caitlin then worked at Sears Canada as a Buying Business Associate, where they collaborated on launching a private label product line and managed e-commerce sites. After that, they joined JWT as an Account Executive, managing client relationships and developing strategic frameworks. Caitlin then moved on to Watt International as a Client Manager & Strategist, where they developed strategic directions for clients, managed client relationships, and contributed to business development. Caitlin then joined Interbrand as a Senior Consultant and later as an Associate Director, leading research, developing messaging platforms, and informing brand performance metrics. Currently, they are working at LG2 as a Director and Senior Director of Strategy.

Caitlin Gora completed their Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at McMaster University from 2003 to 2007. Caitlin then pursued further education and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Fashion Marketing from Parsons School of Design - The New School between 2007 and 2008. Lastly, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012 and 2013.
