Deborah Gray has extensive experience in economic development, currently serving as Economic Development Project Manager, III at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since October 1998. In this role, Deborah assists economic and community leaders in western Kentucky by enhancing their competitive advantage through relationship development, project management, community development, website coordination, and lead generation. Prior to joining LG&E and KU Energy LLC, Deborah held various leadership positions at Campbellsville Housing & Redevelopment, including Director of Economic Development and Director of Community and Economic Development, from December 1978 to 1998. Deborah holds a degree in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science in Social Work Administration from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.
