LG&E and KU Energy
Peter Waldrab was named to his current position in 2022. He has more than 15 years of experience in the utility industry in leadership roles across transmission and distribution operations. Waldrab currently oversees all electric distribution operations for LG&E and KU as well as Transportation and Facilities Maintenance.
Prior to joining LG&E and KU, he worked for PPL in leadership roles supporting development and implementation of PPL EU's distribution smart grid system, a historic reinvestment in PPL EU's transmission system, and in digital transformation of field work.
Waldrab serves on the board of the Greater Louisville American Red Cross. He previously held leadership roles in PPL’s African American Business Resource Group and the Greater Lehigh Valley United Way.
A graduate of Penn State University and Drexel University, Waldrab is a husband, father of three, licensed engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.
