Pouyan Ebrahimi is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in computer engineering, environmental engineering, and petroleum engineering. Currently serving as a Computer Engineer and Environmental Engineer at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since September 2019, Pouyan has also held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Petroleum Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology and as a Graduate Research Associate at Oklahoma State University. Pouyan's earlier experience includes research and development roles at the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company and the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry, as well as internships at the National Iranian Oil Company and in geophysics. Pouyan holds a PhD in Geology from Oklahoma State University, complemented by multiple degrees in geology and petroleum exploration engineering from esteemed institutions. Additional qualifications include training as a Data Scientist and Data Analyst from Udacity.
