Nicole Hilley, PMP, is an accomplished Technology Operations Project Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure project management across various organizations. Currently employed at LGIM America since May 2022, Nicole previously held roles as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at Northern Trust Corporation and as an Infrastructure Project Manager at Shure Incorporated. Across multiple positions, Nicole has successfully managed numerous end-to-end infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in project management lifecycle elements including financial management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation. Noteworthy achievements include leading the implementation of a PPM tool and developing project lifecycle processes within the PMO at VMware. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Auburn University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
