Prior to this, Pius served as a Partner at Horizon21 from October 2006 to December 2008 and held the position of Partner at McKinsey & Company from 1991 to 2006. Pius's academic foundation was established at the University of Basel, where a lic.rer.pol. degree in Economics and Business was obtained from 1984 to 1990.
