Catie Brand

Catie Brand is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in global HR leadership and recruitment solutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Global LHH RPO & Recruitment Solutions since March 2025, Catie also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Factor Fellowship, which connects talent to startup careers. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Pontoon Solutions, managing HR for over 2,000 employees globally, and various leadership positions at General Assembly, where responsibilities included international HR and talent acquisition. Catie co-founded Krow, Inc. and has experience in recruitment and public relations, complemented by an educational background in English and Business Administration from Boston University and training in web development at General Assembly.
