John Morgan has been with Lee Hecht Harrison for over 20 years, serving in various leadership roles. John started as a Consultant in 2000, then became an Analyst in 1998. In December 2005, they were promoted to SVP, Regional Leadership Specialist and then to Managing Director in November 2012. In May 2015, they were again promoted to Executive Vice President, USA and in April 2018 they became the Chief Operating Officer.
