Michael Nelson

Michael Nelson is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various contract roles. Currently serving as a Contract Senior Accountant at LHH since August 2022, Michael has worked with Minnesota Diversified Industries and nVent, focusing on account reconciliations, journal entries for prepaid accounts, and financial reporting. Prior roles include positions as Contract Senior Accountant at Oggi Talent, Scouts Talent, Baker Tilly, and Accountemps, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, supplemented by an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
