Mysti Freyenberger, SPHR, serves as the Director of Performance Excellence at LHH, a position held since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading multi-state teams in the delivery of career programs and guiding People teams on skills integration and change management. Prior to this role, Mysti held various key positions at SMUD from October 2016 to May 2022, including Sr. Manager of Innovation and Emerging Technology, Sr. Manager of Business Transformation, and Manager of Talent Management, with a focus on aligning innovation with organizational strategy and overseeing HR functions. In an earlier tenure at LHH from 2008 to 2016 as Executive Managing Director, Mysti partnered with C-suite executives to address business challenges. Mysti's expertise encompasses areas such as organizational design, diversity and inclusion, technology integration, and financial planning. Mysti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Upper Iowa University.
