Shannon Adams

Shannon Adams is a seasoned professional in recruitment solutions, currently serving as the Managing Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at LHH since September 2023. In this role, Shannon empowers clients to navigate change with comprehensive recruitment strategies. Previously, as the Global Head of Client Solutions (Interim) at General Assembly from January to August 2023, Shannon played a key role in launching GA Talent, focusing on delivering diverse technology talent to innovative companies. Shannon has an extensive background at LHH, serving from August 1997 to December 2022 in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, where a national sales team was led to drive performance and efficiency for strategic business leaders. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Administration from California State University, Chico.
