Tyler M. Smith

Tyler M. Smith is a seasoned career transition coach and educator with extensive experience in coaching Fortune 500 candidates and developing training programs. Currently serving as a Career Transition Coach at LHH, Tyler has guided over 600 candidates, managing up to 150 at a time. In addition, Tyler has worked as a Fortune 500 Career Coach and Trainer since September 2019. Previous experience at Baylor University spanned nearly two decades, during which Tyler held roles as a Senior Lecturer and Division Leader, overseeing the creation and evaluation of numerous learning courses for 6,000 adult learners, as well as recruiting and training faculty. Tyler also held significant positions at Front Range Community College and Tango, focusing on organizational development and training. Tyler holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
