Ana Ribeiro is an experienced professional currently serving as UK & EU Team Lead for Compliance & Projects at LHi Group since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing compliance and contracts for both the UK and Germany, training new starters, and improving processes. Previous positions at LHi Group include Senior Contracts and Compliance Officer and Contracts and Compliance Administrator, focusing on onboarding contractors and data manipulation for compliance reporting. Prior to LHi Group, Ana held roles at French Connection as Assistant Store Manager, specializing in staff supervision and payroll, and at Eurostaff as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant in the recruitment industry. Ana began their career at Benetton Group as a Team Supervisor and Sales Consultant, excelling in staff management and customer service. Ana Ribeiro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, which was completed between 2011 and 2014.
