These properties include traditional commercial, industrial and residential properties, as well as properties with value-added features and services. The Logistics Services Business segment is involved of the provision of transportation services for base oil and bitumen transportation and chemicals transportation, and depot services and container depot management services. The Facilities Management Business is involved of the securing of car park management contracts, provision of integrated facilities management services and security services.
