Caroline Pageau

Caroline Pageau, CPA-CA, ASC, currently serves as the General Director and Director of Digital Solutions at Libéo since January 2018, overseeing production activities, service quality, project health, profitability, budget tracking, process improvement, prioritization, and human resource management. Previously, Caroline was the President of the Board of Directors at Convivio IGA extra from December 2012 to December 2021, contributing to one of Canada's largest food cooperatives. Caroline also held roles at Promutuel Assurance from January 2011 to November 2017, including Director of Financial and Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer, managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with standards. Additional experiences include leadership positions in various organizations, financial audits at Ernst & Young, and educational contributions as a lecturer. Caroline holds multiple certifications and degrees in governance, accounting, and leadership, with ongoing professional development in management practices.
