Gonzalo Lema

Gonzalo Lema is an experienced professional in operations and business development with a strong focus on the Latin American region. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Latam at Libertex Group since February 2024, Gonzalo previously held the role of Operations Director for the Spanish Region at Bybit from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing product offerings and business development in Spanish-speaking countries. As Chief Operating Officer at Buenbit, Gonzalo managed global operations and customer experience in the cryptocurrency sector. Prior roles include senior positions at DiDi and Uber, where strategic driver engagement and compliance were pivotal, as well as extensive experience in supply chain and production management with Firmenich and PepsiCo. Gonzalo holds a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool and has a background in engineering and technical expertise in chemistry.
