Kellie Norden

Kellie Norden currently serves in the Corporate Governance and Securities department at Liberty Media, providing governance and board support for entities including the Atlanta Braves and Formula One. Previously, Kellie held various roles at The Western Union Company, culminating in the position of Group Leader for Global Legal Operations, where responsibilities encompassed mergers and acquisitions governance, corporate governance processes, securities law compliance, and legal administration. Kellie's extensive experience includes managing Board meetings, preparing SEC filings, and overseeing corporate entity maintenance. Educational achievements include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminology at Regis University and obtaining an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Arapahoe Community College.
