E.r. Lê-Yang

E.R. Lê-Yang has extensive experience in the insurance and non-profit sectors, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Leader in the Global Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Notable achievements include co-leading the LEAAP Central Region Development, where a national mentorship program was launched, successfully matching 90 peers across business units. In previous roles at Liberty Mutual, E.R. Lê-Yang has supervised customer service representatives, recruited for technology positions, and expertly handled claims negotiation and settlement across various specialties, achieving significant financial resolutions. E.R. Lê-Yang is also actively involved in community service with Habitat for Humanity International and has held positions at State Farm and Express, as well as volunteer experience with the Peace Corps.
