Timothy Tracy

Mr. Tracy is a Metro-New York partner with over 30 years of experience at EY. He serves as a Global Client Service Partner in the Private Equity sector and is the US-East Assurance Managing Partner. Prior to this role, Tracy served as the New Jersey Office Managing Partner.

Clients Tracy serves currently or recently in the Audit Partner and Senior Advisory Partner roles include: Becton Dickinson, Roivant, Polo Ralph Lauren, Phillips Van Heusen, Barnes & Noble, Sylvania Lighting (division of Siemens IFRS filer), Catalent Pharma and Michael Kors. He has also served as Technical Review Partner on several large public companies including Moog, Inc., an aerospace and defense company. Tracy has coordinated EY's transaction, tax, and consulting services at Eurazeo, Automatic Data Processing, Inc., Siemens and Jaguar Land Rover and worked closely with senior management on strategic initiatives

Tracy’s client responsibilities require significant interaction with international clients and EY professionals. This includes numerous client visits in Europe, South America, and Asia.

He received his BA from Rider University and currently serves as co-chair of the Accounting Advisory Council at the University. He is a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a CPA in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He served for seven years as Vice-Chair of the New Jersey Special Olympics Board.

Liberty Science Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to getting learners of all ages excited about the power, promise, and pure fun of science and technology. Liberty Science Center houses 12 museum exhibition halls, a live animal collection with 110 species, giant aquariums, the Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium (the biggest planetarium in the Western Hemisphere), a 3D theater, live simulcast surgeries, tornado and hurricane-force wind simulators, K-12 classrooms and labs, and teacher-development programs. More than half a million students, teachers, and parents visit the Science Center each year, and tens of thousands more participate in the Center's offsite and online programs.
