Eric Beidler

Eric Beidler, MA, CCMP, PROSCI, currently serves as a Doctoral Candidate at Liberty University since January 2023. With extensive experience in change management, Eric has held significant roles such as Change Manager at Zions Bancorporation, where responsibilities included overseeing change activities for the Salesforce Unification Project, and Change Management Leader at BioFire Diagnostics, focusing on company-wide transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Business Analyst for the PRISM Project at the State of Utah's Department of Health, Change Management Consultant at IBM, and Program Administrator for Organizational Development at the State of Utah. Additionally, Eric has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah.
