Ron Kennedy

Ronald Kennedy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ronald started their career at Limitorque Corporation as a Credit Manager. Ronald then joined Ericsson as a Master Planner before moving on to Chancellor University, where they served as the CEO, overseeing a large team and implementing strategies to increase student enrollment. After their time at Chancellor University, Ronald joined Liberty University, where they held multiple positions, including Executive Director of Online Learning, Executive Director of Human Resources, Executive Vice President of Marketing, and eventually Executive Vice President of Enrollment & Marketing. In their most recent role at Liberty University, Ronald provided vision and leadership to achieve enrollment goals for both online and residential student bodies. Ronald also managed recruitment and marketing strategies and was responsible for overall university branding. Ronald has a strong background in marketing, HR management, and online learning.

Ronald Kennedy has a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from Liberty University in 2006. Ronald also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Finance from Liberty University, which they completed in 1996. Their education journey began at Jamestown Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 1988 to 1991.
