Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore is a Senior Operations Manager at Liberty since March 2022. Prior to that, Stephen held the position of Electric Operations Manager at Truckee Donner Public Utility District from December 2018 to March 2022. With extensive experience in the utility industry, Stephen also worked at the City of Pittsburg for over 18 years in various roles such as Utility Supervisor, City Electrician, and Maintenance Worker. Stephen holds a Certificate in Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector from Diablo Valley College.
