Emma Belchier (FCA) joined Libra Group in 2010 and as Vice President, Group Financial Controller, she is responsible for overseeing the Group’s consolidated financial reporting, transaction and integration accounting, coordinating worldwide audits, Group tax planning, and Libra Group financial systems implementations.
Emma qualified as a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) at leading international accountancy firm Moore Stephens (now part of BDO) where she was a key member of the International Shipping Group and Forensic Accounting team before embarking on a career in group accounting. Prior to joining Libra Group, Emma was the Chief Accountant at Euroceanica (UK), a privately-owned ship owner and ship management group.
Emma has an MA (Hons) in Economic History from Edinburgh University.
