Jennifer Cutting has over three decades of experience in the field of music and folklife, currently serving as a Folklife Specialist at the Library of Congress since January 1987. In addition, Jennifer has been the Artistic Director of OCEAN Orchestra since 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology from King's College London, a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Jacksonville University, and a High School Diploma from Bartram School for Girls.
