Emily Phillips is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in library services, currently serving as a Project Manager at the National Library of Education through both Library Systems & Services, LLC since November 2021 and LAC Group since March 2019. Previously, Emily held various roles at WilmerHale from May 2001 to January 2017, including Reference Librarian and Library Technical Services Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, and managing acquisitions. Emily began their career as a Student Library Assistant at Marymount University, and holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Religious Studies from Marymount University.
