Christian Woeschler is the Head of HR Business Partner at Lidl International, where he has been working since November 2016. Prior to this, he held the position of Head of HR at Capri-Sun Group Holding AG from April 2015 to August 2016, overseeing all strategic and operational HR matters within the company. With a background in law and business administration, Christian has also worked at HARMAN International from 2007 to 2015, where he held various HR leadership roles in Europe. Before his corporate career, he served as a Research Associate for a Member of Parliament at the German Parliament.
