Thomas Biehler has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter / HR Business Partner at Lidl International since January 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG from May 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities included Teamleiter and Senior HR Business Partner. Thomas's career also includes a tenure at Randstad from April 2006 to April 2013, holding positions such as Manager Niederlassung and Senior Vertriebsdisponent. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen from Hochschule Aalen, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
