Jozsef Krisztik

Jozsef Krisztik is an experienced professional in sales operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations at Lidl Magyarország since April 2022, overseeing 20 stores and a team of 600 staff. Previously, Jozsef held positions as District Manager at JYSK, responsible for 10 stores and optimizing sales and operations, and as Area Manager at ALDI Magyarország, managing 6 stores and 80 employees while focusing on performance targets and staff development. Earlier in the career, Jozsef served as a Project Manager at Telenor Hungary Plc, leading IT projects with a focus on coordination and resource management.
