Michael McKelvey

Michael McKelvey serves as the Vice President of Associate and Community Engagement at Life EMS Ambulance, Inc. since April 2018, focusing on strategic human resource planning and fostering a supportive environment for associates to enhance community care. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, where oversight included benefits management and compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations. Michael also held the position of Managing Partner at Mr. Handyman of Greater Grand Rapids and served as Human Resource Manager at LDI Inc., managing HR functions. Early career experience includes distributor relations at Amway. Michael McKelvey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University.
