Robyn Singleton

Robyn Singleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, customer relationship management, and information technology. Currently serving as a Data Analyst and Customer Relationship Manager at Life Fitness, Robyn collaborates with the technical team to enhance system functionality and participates in application development. Prior to this role, Robyn was an Information Technology Manager at Make-A-Wish® Illinois, where responsibilities included coordinating computer-related activities and researching new technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, Robyn developed user requirements through stakeholder communication and created documentation to ensure project alignment. Experience also includes managing programs at the Chicago Urban League and the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast, where Robyn planned and coordinated a variety of events, facilitated volunteer training, and employed data analytics for program evaluation.
