The Company operates through four segments: Hospital, Healthcare Services, International and Other. The Hospital segment comprises all the acute hospitals, acute rehabilitation, mental health, renal dialysis and oncology units in southern Africa. The Healthcare Services segment comprises of Life Esidimeni, Life Occupational Health and Careways Wellness. Healthcare Services includes the provision of acute and long term chronic hospitalization services to state patients through Life Esidimeni, as well as the provision of primary and occupational healthcare services to employer groups in commerce, industry, parastatels, mining and correctional services, through Life Occupational Health. The International segment comprises Poland, while the Other segment comprises Corporate.
