Derek Dailey is an experienced technical operations manager currently overseeing the IT Infrastructure Operations team at Life Line Screening since November 2020, which encompasses the Support, Telecom, and Infrastructure teams. Prior to this role, Derek worked at Hyland from July 2012 to November 2020, where positions included Endpoint Operations Team Lead and Network Team Lead, managing teams focused on endpoint and network engineering, as well as infrastructure administration. Earlier in Derek's career, service in the United States Marine Corps from September 2007 to July 2012 included roles such as Information Systems Manager and Network Administrator/Engineer, where significant responsibilities included building and supporting secure networks and configuring numerous Cisco devices for extensive user communication. Education includes training at New Horizons Computer Learning Center and studies at Lorain County Community College.
