Thomas has held various leadership positions at Bank of America, including Sales Site Performance Manager and Group Operations Site Leader. During their time at the bank, Thomas achieved impressive results, such as improving sales site performance from 89% of goal to 146% of goal and achieving a top sales site award. Thomas also created new processes to improve efficiency and quality, resulting in significant improvements in error rates. Thomas also has experience in telemarketing and customer marketing, where they achieved monthly cash goals of $60 million and received the Excellence Award from Bank of America. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Inside Sales and Sr. Director of Contact Center Sales & Operations at Life Line Screening.
Thomas Farmakidis has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Finance, which they obtained from John Carroll University. Prior to that, Thomas also completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Information Systems from Kent State University.
